German Pronunciation Guide: A pronunciation guide to help learners of German develop their sound system. There are sound files providing sets of examples of pronunciation for consonants and vowels. Includes a set of Tongue-Twisters to help develop hearing and speaking skills.

German Vocabulary: Family & Relatives! Learn what you call all your family members in German. Sound files are included, providing the singular & plural forms of each noun. Start working on your vocabulary, as well as your pronunciation. And use the "Verb of the Week" to work those family members!

German Dictionaries: A resource for finding a German dictionary, whether ALL German, or English to German, or Deutsch a español, français-allemand, - whatever!

German Fairy Tales: A collection of German, Bohemian, & Slavic Fairy Tales translated into German, from antique readers and collectable books. The tales lie in the public domain.

German Films: A resource list of Films for purchase with German Audio tracks found at amazon.com or amazon.de. A great number of the films are German-made productions, and some are "Hollywood productions" with German audio added later. Some of the older films are "hard to find" - so get 'em if you find 'em. One of the best ways to learn another language is to give yourself as much exposure as you can - movies help!

German Folk Songs: A collection of 300+ German, Swiss, & Austrian Folksongs, with text and sound files (MIDI or RealAudio), listed by category and alphabetically. These song files are currently being converted to mp3 files, for site modernization! Available resources for sheet music, songbooks (new & rare), notations, and composers are listed throughout the site. Read the texts, listen to the music, and sing along!
